The service

SayerX provides software for managing delivery orders, drivers, shipments and related business records. Available features depend on your account and any separately agreed service arrangement. SayerX provides management software; merchants and their delivery partners remain responsible for performing deliveries.

Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate account details, protect login credentials and grant access only to authorized users. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping staff and driver permissions appropriate. Contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of orders, recipient details, delivery instructions and financial entries. Obtain the permissions needed to process customer and driver information and use the service in accordance with applicable requirements. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the platform.

Deliveries and financial records

Merchants and their delivery partners are responsible for delivery commitments, goods, recipient communications, cash collections and settlement accuracy. Review the records in SayerX against your actual deliveries and payments, and report discrepancies promptly.

External integrations

You may enable supported third-party store or carrier integrations using accounts you are authorized to connect. Those providers have their own terms and availability. Integration availability can change, and features identified as coming soon are not included as currently available services.

Fees and service arrangements

Any subscription fees, billing periods, payment conditions or additional services must be agreed with you separately. These terms do not establish a price or promise access to a paid feature without an agreed arrangement.

Availability and account closure

We may maintain or update the service, and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular business results. Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. Contact us to close your account or request data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership and your data

SayerX branding and software remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to the business data you submit and authorize us to process it to provide the service. Do not copy, resell or misuse the platform without permission.
