We handle the account and contact details you provide, merchant and driver information, delivery orders, recipient names, phone numbers and addresses, shipment updates, and payment and settlement records entered into the platform. Driver location information is used where location features are enabled. Contact form submissions include your name, email, phone number and message.
How we use information
We use information to operate your account, manage deliveries and driver assignments, display shipment progress, maintain financial records, respond to support requests and protect the service. Merchants are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to provide recipient and driver data.
Merchant data is not shared with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share merchant business data with third parties. Information within your workspace is available to authorized users according to their roles. If you choose to connect an external store or carrier, that connection requires exchanging the information needed for the service you request; review the connected provider’s privacy terms before enabling it.
Website cookies and analytics
The website uses session cookies to support site functions. Our homepage and login page currently load Google Analytics, which may process website usage and device information. This website analytics activity is separate from merchant delivery records. Your browser settings can restrict cookies.
Security and retention
We use account access controls and role-based permissions to limit access to information. Keep your credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service and manage your account.
Requesting data deletion
Merchants can contact us through the contact form on our homepage to request deletion of their account or data. Include your merchant name and registered contact email, and describe the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords. We verify that the requester is authorized before processing the request and explain any records that must be retained to meet applicable obligations.
